“We loved the pool and the staff they were so nice and courteous. Our room had wet towels upon arrival. Every morning we were awakened to construction noises( like jackhammers). The casino and front desk help were not helpful at all. Our player cards did not work the whole time we were there. We went to the help desk 5 different times and even spoke to the manager. “We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.”
